Just got done activating my Lyric system with Joe. I had my system pretty well programed so it was a very easy process. Joe went through the Total Connect web app and helped get it configured. I've had the opportunity to visit with a couple of the alarm grids staff. Each time the staff has gone out of there way to take the time to answer my questions. I'm a brand new customer but so far I've been very impressed!
Love AlarmGrid. Their online chat is amazing. You usually only have to wait a minute or two to chat with someone and that person is always very knowledgeable. Furthermore, I spoke on the phone with Bryce for the better part of an hour and he walked me through all the keypad commands I needed to enter to allow my system to be monitored by AlarmGrid. He was very professional and we got it done in a minimal amount of time.
Great service, fast response, and very friendly team! I was setup the same day I requested service, the team is very knowledgeable and they also have plenty of videos online to explain how to use and upgrade the system.
