I have installed alarm systems through Alarm Grid in three houses over the past years and have been pleased every time. The most recent house had an ADT system that we were able to takeover to self monitor with Total Connect. It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I’m a 73 year old lady and I assembled the panel myself so you can too! Their prices for sensors and panels are competitive and their service is very good.
They know their product very well. The info is presented in such a way that i is very easy to understand. I like the features and options offered.
Customer service has been GREAT
Top notch service. Griffin was really good in helping DIYer like me. He stayed on the phone for almost 2 hours today helping me step by step to troubleshoot and fix the problem

There plans and prices, they are so much better then ADT.
I switched my monitoring service and upgraded my Lynx panel and converted the GSM from an AT&T 3G radio to a Verizon LTE module. Alarm Grid sold me the parts necessary to do the hardware upgrades and provided excellent videos and directions to complete the task on my own saving lots of money. Jarrett worked with me to get everything done in a super easy and very quick manner and got me signed up on a great plan to do self monitoring. These are super folks to work with and so much better than what I had before.
