The technical service I received from Bryce was outstanding. The entire process of actvating an alarm system left by the previous home owners was very easy. Jarrett was instrumental in identifying what components were required, and Bryce was just as professional with the programming and answering all my questions. I’m absolutely blown away with the customer service at Alarm Grid! Their technical support is absolutely top notch and has been every time that I’ve called.
