I haven't gotten my products after waiting more than a year. Nor can i get a reply from the company when I ask them to provide information about my order. I just keep being told a random ship date - which always come and goes without any delivery. VERY unsatisfied in all aspects of customer service. Have no faith in the product or the company at this point. I wish i could give them LESS than one star.
By the time the Dart Charger that I backed on Kickstarter arrived, I had already replaced my PC twice since. Promised to be delivered back in Nov of 2014, the company did not deliver until Summer of 2016. Furthermore, the Dart Charger claimed to be "universal" but my current laptop doesn't recognize it as a charger.
"Worldwide leader" is a fucking lie. They have yet to ship a product. Their communication is terrible. All they have done is stolen a bunch of peoples' money.
Haven't delivered my preordered product, and haven't released anything of mention in over two years. Stay away!
Product initially promsed buy Nov 2014, it's now May 2016. Laptop that product was intended for is soon to be replaced.
BULLSHIT! Company refuses to send me a refund. Backed the kickstarter back in April of 2014 when it launched. I've requested a refund a few times with no response. Fuck this company and their Vaporware!
