I have my charger for less than a year and it is not working anymore because of the cable. I sent at least 3 inquiries to their customer support and no response. Sent a message in FB and no response. I went to their office address in Menlo Park and there’s NO FINSIX there, instead it is Synthego now. The guy working there said that there used to be another company using the space before and a lot of people also came looking for FinSix. Is this some kind of a scam?? Are they still alive?
it's a great product until it breaks. Then FINsix customer support just ignores customers. Likely too many have broken down and they can't keep up with repairs.
They have stopped answering email and it looks like their phone number is also now disconnected. I think they may have gone under.
Like the product, but the customer service is terrible. The cord on my charger is fraying and I need a new one, but nobody is responding to my emails for weeks.
I ordered a usb-c cord in October. It's now May and I still do not have it.
I purchased three of these on the Kickstarter campaign. They are fast and functional chargers that stay cool and just work. I would buy again.
When I first received my Dart, I thought it was absolutely amazing. And it would be - if it were reliable. But I've had not one, not two, but THREE of these fail already, twice in a puff of smoke. No customer service don't return emails and the phone is out of order order this product for my Dell said it would work ask for new tip to fit my laptop no reply
I love the Laptop Charger it is exactly what I needed. Fast forward 5 months charger is dead and customer service is 100% non existent. Changing review from 5 starts (for a great concept and amazing charger when it works) to a 2 star review because the customer service is non existent. Fix customer service and would definitely merit 5 starts
