They could actually do what they say they are going to do. I bought one based on their offer of sending the correct adapter if needed. The adapter was not included and they refused to send one..... avoid this scam
The product and company seems like a scam. The USB-C product has been "out of stock" pretty much since it's inception but when you use the compatibility check on the website it leads you to a non-usb-c adaptor. I also see other people saying they have the plug but no cable so it doesn't work.
Get back to early adopters who supported them when there is an issue.
The company is dead. No more delivery and response.
I have had the same issues as other users have noted....my charger quit working before 1 year. I sent NUMEROUS emails to customer service....tried to find a phone number to contact someone, but totally unsuccessful....don't buy from this company!
The charger worked fine until my cable was damaged and I found that the company apparently no longer exists and I can’t obtain a replacement cable.
Ordered a DART and DART-C cable for my MacBook. Months later, no DART-C cable is available and word from customer support is that there is no USB-C cable manufacturing to fill backorders on the horizon. Might be a great charger for non-Apple users but now I have a small paperweight that I can't use. They should not go public offering a product they can't provide, right? Major marketing no-no. Boo, hiss on FinSix.
My charger quit working after 1 year. Sent multiple emails to customer service. Never received a response. Do not buy these products.
