Company does not care about customers. They do not respond to email or phone calls.

It said shipping time ~6 weeks when I ordered a dart-c and I got scared when it said TBA after a month or so. It's 2 months later and it finally arrived and looks awesome and works on all my devices. I would rate 4 stars because their customer service is pretty unresponsive (maybe from a ton of people asking where their stuff is at) but I want to offset a bit for those who got mad after waiting even though it said it was backordered.

I placed my order 2 months ago. I don't yet have the device. Every time I e-mail the company, I get an auto reply message that someone will get back to me but often I get no reply. Customer service is horrible (see other comments). The last time I bought a small charger from a company like this (small company - terrible customer service) they went out of business (Zolt). Really horrible customer service. I have a defective DART that I need to make an exchange. Someone customer service replied to my request but I cannot reply back. The contact e-mail at info@finsix dot com does not even work. All my replies bounced back as undelivered. This is highly frustrating and has been a waste of my money.

Ordered the Dart-C on 3/31/2017. As of 6/1/2017 I still have not received my $99.99 product. I have contacted their support center 3 times. They answered via email on 5/22/2017 and told me it was being shipped. As of 6/1/2017 I still have not received my product. I am now out $99.99 and no product.

My computer is listed in the compatibility (Dell XPS 13- 9350), however the charger doesnt charge my laptop. I supposedly need the F2 tip and have contacted finsix multiple times. I am even willing to pay postage to India (express), but still no response. Its just a useless brick to me without the tip. This should have been included in the package! I hope they contact me so I can use this device.
