Been doing business with this company for 12 years. Bought an air compressor from them, a 3 phase showed up instead of a single phase. I reached out to our area rep jack higgins and he said it would be way to hard to ship back the compressor. Jack said he would pay for the buck boosters so that it would convert my power to operate. I paid out of pocket, and have had problems since. I've called for 8 months trying to get this fixed and was ignored. I threatened to leave axalta to another company and still was ignored.
