Your West Palm Beach Location is Horrible.... First I walked in and stood there for for at least 5 minutes before even the 2 lady’s that were there even acknowledged me for being a customer. Then the lady who waited on me took her machine to my car to match the paint, but the paint didn’t match the color of my car and she refused to make it right after I came back with the part to show them. I PURCHASED 5 CANS OF CUSTOM DEFECTIVE SPRAY PAINT.I returned the paint to the store and they told me the paint is only supposed to be sprayed in short burst like on a fender repair. Thus the product is defective.I contacted corporate several times with no response or resolution and then with a request for a refund. They did not respond. Please contact me at 4702@comcast.net
RecommendedWe went to the Lafayette,IN shop and received outstanding customer service. It took over an hour from walking in the door unsure of what we wanted to walking out with cans of paint. They treated us like they were picking paint for their own motorcycle. I simply can’t say enough good things about them!
The FinishMaster MCI Forms are great they tell me exactly how much the shop uses on a weekly basics. I can make one order a week 90 percent of the time . And it is a free form that is easy to use.
Worst customer service in the powder industry!!!! I can’t believe Axalta let this incompetent organization fulfill their powder orders. Two times using them, and both times have had comically bad service.
We use finish master in Charleston SC. You can’t beat the customer service and paint quality.
