Prior to September 2017 Finishmaster in Jefferson City, Missouri appeared to be operating under the Colormaster level of service which set the bar high enough nobody could compare on knowledge and pricing was within 10% of the other Axalta suppliers of mine. Now I call the store and get incompetent people. I've resorted to using my NAPA store for inferior materials, at least they have a knowledgeable paint specialist. Unless Finishmaster makes a drastic change, I won't be back.
