I am not one to normally give reviews but I am compelled to give credit where credit is due. I am a now retired attorney and have dealt with many Realtors over the years. Kim helped my then fiancé list his house (which sold in less than 10 days) because she marketed his house so beautifully and made sure she got everything done prior to listing to make sure the process was flawless. Then she took me to every house I wanted to see, and I wanted to see the all! She must have took me to at least 30 houses! She knew what I was looking for before I even did.
