Never had an issue here. They know what there doing and make you feel at ease thru the whole process. They treat your pet as if it were their own and know how important it is to their customers that their loved ones are treated with the best care they can give. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
Oct 24 is the 2nd visit of our Baby Armin for a really bad skin allergy, he can’t stop itching & when he scratch everything’s bleeding, he was miserable; the staff were very friendly & Doctors. It’s only been 3 days since he started taking his antibiotics, couple days of prednisone & he’s already feeding much better. Thanks for accommodating us right away & hopefully Armin will continue his recovery, you guys are the best.
If you are looking for a vet office that has no issue lying to you and wasting your time, check them out. If you want a place to be up front and honest look else where. #StandWithFucker
Regardless of the comfort level with Fucker's name, the behavior your establishment displayed is inexcusable. Lying to patrons?Attempting to manipulate paperwork? Making up issues of legality? Strongly suggest your staff has a meeting to discuss exactly where you stand and how to handle profane pet names. Clearly, there was not only a great deal of shuffling (and lack of communication), but also a gross lack in professionalism. There is absolutely no excuse.
My dog Kiwi and my new puppy Jax both come here and I'm so glad to have Dr. Finan as their vet! She's very knowledgeable and so good with my pups! Her staff is amazing as well. My dog Kiwi LOVES Kirsten! When it came time for my pup to get neutered, I was nervous and scared. Kirsten assured me my feelings were normal for any fur mom and made me feel so much better about leaving him there for the surgery! They also called the day after surgery to check up on him!
