Not only is Dr. Finan amazing but her entire staff rocks! I have never ever loved a vet staff as much as I love them. In addition. I was referred to a dog trainer- Liz Huskey who is AMAZING. I thought my dog was aggressive. First phone call with Liz and she told me he was insecure. I rolled my eyes but had her come to my house. I wanted my dog to be a good boy. Well. I brought my 11 yr old Lab, Duke in yesterday and had a great experience! Molly at the front desk got my boy all signed in and feeling good with tons of compliments and some solid head scratches. Once we got into our room Angie came in and took detailed notes about Duke to make sure to learn everything necessary to provide the proper care for him... and he got even more lovin! Highly highly recommend Dr. Finan! Our 4 yr old chocolate lab fell very ill and she was there for us every step of the way through his recovery. Very impressed with the clinic and staff!
They took their time with our dog, explained all the options available to us (for tests) and most importantly they truly care about our Derby. Five stars!! Highly recommend!!
What a great experience today while in with our Izzie. From the front desk, in the room with her name and peanut butter cone, to the gentle attentive care. You all are awesome.
Dr. Finan and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. She always takes time with explaining things throughly. Anytime we visit all available options are given, along with benefits and risks. I’d highly recommend Finan Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a new Vet as well as anyone who isn’t very satisfied with their current Vet.
I have only heard positive feedback from a Downers Grove parents fb page so I thought I would check it out. This is the third vet I have checked out since my dog was missed diagnosed with kidney disease with my original vet. All I can say is thank god I checked it out not only did she reassure me she does not have the disease but took the time and really listened and look over my pup.
