The office is worst to deal with. They are rude and unpleasant
By far the worst family doctor I’ve ever experienced in life. Do not waste your TIME & MONEY here. I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years. As a teenager into my adulthood. The staff here are very rude, have no professionalism. Prepare to wait a while once you call or to be not helped at all! The turn over rate for the girls at the front desk and the young drs they hire is very high, It’s always someone new. They act like they hate their job & your inconveniencing them! Horrible doctor!!! I have had several encounters with his staff and the office staff is rude and incompetent. Good luck if you can deal with the front desk to get to the dr. Honestly I wouldn’t trust a dr that employs such horrible staff!!! So many better doctors to choose from in bucks!
This office has been the worst to deal with. Not only is the staff the rudest, incompetent, and depressing people to deal with. But every time you call them with a question be prepared to talk to someone who is rude and nasty, they either don’t know the Answer or sound like they are on the verge of committing suicide. Bucks Famly Medicine has been our families caregivers for over 20 years. Dr. Files has an unconventional bedside manner only surpassed by his being an exemplary diagnostician. They have always fit us in when we are sick and then provided the care that had a positive outcome. As an RN for 34 years, I highly recommend Dr. Files and his practice : )
