Lived there for the last year and loved it. Very convenient area and surprisingly much more quiet at night than other parts of Brickell. No parking garage and plenty of parking spots for myself and guests was a plus. The pool area was great for tanning and the gym area upstairs was great for studying/work and had a great coffee bar. The actual rooms were great, my two bedroom had more than enough space and I had 0 issues with fridge, microwave, sink, shower, or pretty much anything. Claudia and Iso have been very friendly and attentive to our needs while we stayed in the appartment.
Good value, my unit was remodeled. Overall good experience. The gym and pool locations need to be updated.
I've been living here for 2 years and this community is quiet and friendly. Never had any issues and the staff is always ready to help. Thank you guys! I travel a lot and have peace of mind since they're always accommodating to my needs. Strongly recommend.
Nobody answers the phone during business hours or returns emails. Edit: too ironic not to update this THREE YEAR OLD REVIEW that they JUST responded to😂 “we’re working on our responsiveness.”😂
