I went to Fieldstone yesterday the New Manager Ester was great! Showed me and my family around. Went back to the office to do paperwork when maintenance man, ask me how many vehicles I have I told him 3. He went and told some tall guy in back office he come running around to the front office and told Ester it no need to do application you can't stay here with with 3 cars..Rude and all. I kne w he was lying, so did everyone in the office. My friend stay there she look in her lease could not find it no where in her lease.🤷
RecommendedFieldstone Townhomes is an awesome place to live. Family friendly and quiet evenings. Great place for first time renters or raising a family. The office staff are always friendly and eager to offer a resolution to any problem you may encounter. Maintenance is quick to do any repairs. Call and talk to Esther , Diane, Chris, or any of the other office personnel and take a tour today/ You'll be glad you did!!!
I have lived here 1 year. Old manager was awful, new manager is amazing! It is a bit noisy from the interstate but not too bad. Insides are well maintained. Wish it had a better quality dishwasher but it is a standard apartment grade dishwasher. Only one nail hole per wall, but I used command strips and hooks to hang pictures and curtains. The only reason I'm moving is for a new job. I would recommend it, especially with the new management in place!
I advise anyone and everyone not to move here. It is basically like a maximum security prison and the property manager is a uneducated stuck up low down piece of garbage that needs to be in a psychiatric hospital. All she cares about is what's she is going to have for lunch. She hates and despises people with children and African Americans. She is always racial profiling and goes out of her way to make it the most living hell of an experience that one can handle. Not a family oriented type of place. Beware!!! Don't move here
We stayed a couple of years in this apartment complex. It's pretty peaceful place. If ever there are repairs, it were done on time. Ms. Becky, the Manager, responds to our requests and inquiries promptly. If we would go back to the area, I would stay there again.
