We plan on taking them to court because our experience has been THAT awful. We passed every. single. house inspection over our two year lease and got NONE of $1450 deposit back. My husband and I have lived in multiple rental properties together and separate and neither of us have ever not gotten atleast half of a deposit back. They left a broken window open and unfixed for a month, left back doors and gates open and unlocked after inspections (keep in mind we have dogs that could’ve escaped). To get anything done through the office is like pulling teeth. You can even have visitors for a hour or two in the evening without gettin a tow notice on their vehicle for not having the parking sticker. The worst experience I’ve ever had renting.
RecommendedI love living here!! It’s quiet and you barely know your neighbors are home! It’s spacious and very clean! The office staff are amazing and are eager to help you if an issue arises! I recommend you come and take a tour!! You will be glad you did!!
