Best Around Is close to the interstate. The apartment units arm newly renovated. Their maintenance department is very quick to respond to any needs that might arise. I found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Recently, they updated their jam to a state of the art facility. Stay away now. New management took over in July, and the entire place has deteriorated. There is restricted access to the amenities that has translated into inaccessibility for me. Their electronics have not worked since the new management has taken over. They finally got the residents portal open on their web page, and a new $35 a month "convenience charge" was tacked onto our bill. New electronic locks were installed on our doors despite the fact that they've been unable to keep electronics operating elsewhere on the prope... read more
Great Living I have to say this Community is very nice and friendly. My family and I enjoy our day with activities around this apartment Community. The staff is family oriented and trustworthy people. You have to live here to experience my joy.
construction noise is really bad Be aware that a major road construction project is impacting some of our living experience here. If you're on that side of the complex there is heavy equipment noise 6 days a week (unless its raining.) And who knows what that road will be right behind us now - headlights and traffic all night ? Its hard to make heads or tails of DOT's maps and the office staff just give vague non commital responses when asked about it. Great apartments! Super friendly and helpful staff. Move in was a breeze, and everyone was extremely responsive to questions. Definitely has the small town neighborly feel!
seems to be a good place to live came by a few days ago to look at a two bedroom apartment, the staff was great!!! he helped me with all of my questions and was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. this will be on the top of our list when we decide where to live!!!!!!
Long time resident I have live in the apartments for several years great property that is peaceful and quite. The management company has been great since they started here and we love all of the employees. And we love the new outdoor kitchen at the pool!!!!
great place to live! Just moved to the area and the staff was super friendly and helped out alot with getting me moved in fast! I had a great experience and the staff answered all the questions I had. I would definitely make this a stop if you are hunting for a great place and friendly staff in the Mebane, NC area.
Awesome place to live?? Lived here for 9 years now. Great small community (Mebane). Close to everything, and the staff here is awesome.
