Verified Renter I used to recommend this place all the time but not lately. I do like living here in general but the management or ownership or whoever makes the calls on things is really dropping the ball. It's hard to get a straight answer from the office about anything. There always seems to be a new mystery fee that pops up out of nowhere. Communication is terrible. And they still haven't opened the pool with no real info as to when it will open. Verified Renter Lived here over 6 years and have seen a lot of changes, good and not so good. Apartment living was a hard change for us after being a home owner in a very close neighborhood in another state but Fieldstone was a choice because the office staff made us feel welcome and cared about. Things have changed and now we just feel like a rent payment.

Verified Renter I have only been here since the latter part of Oct. I really like my apartment. I love the spacious living room and the open concept between living room and kitchen. I enjoy being able to take walks with my dog and not having to worry about so much traffic. The emenities are very nice. I really like the area.

very quiet complex me and my husband have been here for a couple years now and our apartment is so quiet. i can't hear my neighbors at all... it has upgraded appliances and a very clean look. we highly recommend fieldstone.

Look no futher I fell in LOVE! This is the cleanest community I've ever seen. Staff are amazing and helpful. The homes look amazing has everything that I was looking for.
Look elsewhere I’ve been living here for almost two years and in the beginning it was wonderful. Now I just feel bamboozled since new property management fieldstone has taken a turn for the absolute worst!! After speaking to other residents I’m not alone with how I feel. There’s an awful expensive charge for everything. We were being charged $100 for 4 months for a washer and dryer they didn’t even notify us about. I recommend that if you see this review to look for a place that shows you appreciation as a resident.

Used to be great I moved here in 2018 and loved it until new management took over. In the last few years, the rent has increased by 62.4%!!! They have been very deceptive about how much the increases actually are because they now charge separately for EVERY SINGLE THING such as trash removal and water, all of which was included in the rent before. Apartments are very small and now extremely overpriced. Would not recommend.

Best Property Around!!!! This place is great. By far the best apartment complex that I've ever lived in. Very dog-friendly. The office staff, Ashley, Alexis and Phoebe were exceptionally receptive and communicative in the process of me moving in and have remained helpful throughout my time here, which is appreciated as a first-time renter.
