Verified Renter So far it has been a nice experience. Friendly neighbors and a nice and helpful office staff. Nice clean apartments inside and out. A little pricey but I’ll pay it as long as it doesn’t get too out of hand. All and all seems to be a good place to call home.

Verified Renter The homes themselves are pretty nice, especially the renovated ones. The staff is somewhat hard to reach and could be better at communication with residents. We have had constant issues with the pool this year and it still hasn't opened which is absolutely outrageous. The neighborhood is quite in general which is nice but there is a lot of trash and junk around.

Verified Renter I used to recommend this place all the time but not lately. I do like living here in general but the management or ownership or whoever makes the calls on things is really dropping the ball. It's hard to get a straight answer from the office about anything. There always seems to be a new mystery fee that pops up out of nowhere. Communication is terrible. And they still haven't opened the pool with no real info as to when it will open. Verified Renter Lived here over 6 years and have seen a lot of changes, good and not so good. Apartment living was a hard change for us after being a home owner in a very close neighborhood in another state but Fieldstone was a choice because the office staff made us feel welcome and cared about. Things have changed and now we just feel like a rent payment.
