Verified Renter The staff have been a huge help, from maintenance to the office staff, I admire they're responsiveness and professionalism. They have gone above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The apartment itself could have used a bit more cleaning but it wasn't horrible. I will say the only thing I wish that was disclosed to me before signing the lease, was that the previous owner moved units due to the noise from their upstairs neighbor. I started out in one of the older apartments and moved into a freshly remodeled one when it became available. I had grown up in an old house and lived in an old house for 29 years before selling it and moving to Fieldstone. I realized that the new apartment was the first time I had everything fresh and new. New appliances, flooring, kitchen counters, and paint.
