My experience with Dr Ferretti was absolutely fabulous! He did a full right knee replacement and I have had absolutely NO pain since surgery. Not even the day after....that being said, I had full range of motion within two days of surgery. I was released to drive 15 days after surgery. It is so fortunate that 3 friends recommended Dr Ferretti, and I will be referring him to others with complete confidence that he will treat them as well as he did for me. Dr Ferretti and his staff are excellent!
Fixed my shoulder when no one else did
Dr Taylor at Dr Feretti’s location (MAoE): Great doctor; however, after biopsy in April 2018, was told I would hear results as soon as received by office. Called the office 4 times weeks after asking about results. I was answered once & told I’d be called back— never heard anything. September (5 months later) I scheduled appointment since office wouldn’t respond by phone. Found out I had a 5-month infection since biopsy. Millcreek Community has had bad reputation & this doesn’t help.
I've not met Dr Ferretti in person but he performed surgery on my son while I was four hours away and could not get to him. Dr Ferretti made me feel comfortable every step of the way. He called me before the surgery and he called me immediately after the surgery. I can tell that he truly really cares for his patients. Being a capable surgeon is one thing but showing compassion is another. Dr Ferretti did both!!
He's the best and his staff.
