Upscale bath store. Fully stocked plumbing parts and state of the art bath and kitchen items for sale. A lot in stock and special orders can be obtained in a reasonable time frame

As a person who appreciates customer service, this has to be the worst place to find it. We were barely greeted. My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and we’re looking for quite a lot, so we spent a lot of time looking around. Not once we were asked if we needed anything or if we could use their help. There was a man at the front desk the whole time and at least 3 sales people on the floor. They weren’t helping anyone. Just doing their own thing and ignoring customers.
