INCREDIBLE service and results. Lisa always is professional and extremely knowledgeable of their service. The team services our lawn in scheduling and in and product as if it was their own. I attempted to do the lawn my self. When i contacted Fenix, they schedule quickly, added our lawn to their rotation and the results are incredible. Been a customer for years and when I expressed that I was concerned that my yard was still full of weeds I was told that I shouldn’t expect a “pristine” lawn. Told the owner I did expect a yard that wasn’t full of weeds and when I said to cancel my service, they hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Strong expertise in the care of lawns and trees. I worked with Fenix a couple years ago and then tried another company due to saving some costs. The other company was a disappointment and my lawn did not look as good, so I went back to Fenix. My lawn is back to looking the way I'd like. If any stray weeds pop up, they come back out to address them at no charge. They hand-apply their fertilizer so they're very careful to keep it from getting in our pool, as well.
