Great people, I've bought multiple bikes from them and sales and service both do a great job.
Great folks to deal with. I have been dealing with fenders for years now, and have been up to the Ames Honda store quite a few times. They rock. Always on top of the game. Prices are great, very good service, and have all the parts I have needed on hand!
Went down with my buddy to buy a new helmet and he ended up getting back on a bike after a 3 decade hiatus. The guys at Fenders Ames were great to work with, the service is what sticks out, and you can tell they dig bikes! Mike and Gene were great at helping and made a deal that my buddy loved, now I have a new riding partner. I'd buy from them all day long!
The folks at Fenders are terrific. I was coming home to CA from a cross-country trip and they went out of there way to get me back on the road quickly. I was in the shop Thurs 11 am and they ordered an alternator and voltage regulator. They picked up my Goldwing trike at 3 pm. In less than 24 hours the bike was repaired and back to me. I couldn't be happier!
