RecommendedGot a great deal on a used Harley trading in my Polaris with snow plow. Wondered after a few snow storms if I traded too soon but got a nice used blower so all was well!
I am new to this sport and Joe Weissenburger was great at explaining the unit I bought. I would give them a five star and will be purchasing another unit.
Went there today to get a tie rod for can am atv. The guy was very helpful and they had the part in stock. also had the tear offs in stock for my goggles as well. I was very pleased.
We have bought six machines from them and you can’t ask for better service and help. Great bunch of guys.

Brandon the sales manager there rocked it. I probably threw at least 50 questions through text at him and he answered everyone of them. Even sold jet skis to my brother and via text. Best customer service ive ever had. Go to Ames Hicklin Power Sports and ask for Brandon! Cant go wrong!
This past weekend, I had a break down 30miles away with my Can Am Spyder on a Friday and Chad and his team worked hard to find a belt , had it overnight shipped to the store and got it placed on the weekend. This dealer takes their customers needs first and their staff work as a "TEAM"! I live 500 miles away and it would have been even more stressful and costly to spend a few days waiting to get the bike fixed,,, they kept me updated on the status and took it personal to help me. We purchased a Honda scooter from Hicklin of Ames and were extremely pleased with the customer service. Josh was awesome to work with! He answered all of our questions and even helped us find the best-fitting helmet. The dealership was clean and had a great layout, and all of the employees were friendly and helpful.
Thanks to everyone that helped me today with my bike purchase, Brad was awesome to make sure I rode home today.
