2 high value orders have been "lost in transit" each time it's the estimated delivery date and I have never received them.
I expected to receive my package on Monday and today is Friday and there are not updates just changed the status to PENDING. I called FEDEX but they said I need to wait until the investigation let them know where is my package. It’s so frustrated! Probably or they are so lazy or they stole my package. I don’t recommend FEDEX AT BIRMIMGHAM AL.
