The person who said "These people are the worst." is right. They are the worst. With today's technology not to be able to redirect a package to a pickup site within a day is unacceptable and now it's delayed 3 days because the weekend. I wish my company had used UPS instead for this delivery as I've had better luck with UPS.
Today they said me that my item is big and they are not able to receive it. Then why you are open? No sense
