I was turned away right away by a lady that said she didn’t have a box that would fit my items. I saw the box and pointed it out to her, and she said it wouldn’t fit with all the bubble wrap she’d have to do. She said I’d have to go to Woodbridge to get the item shipped. I drove in rush hour since I had to get this done today. When I arrived the associate packed it in the same size box that the lady said wouldn’t fit (and never attempted to fit). This is a wonderful Fedex. Always helpful, always knowledgeable. Very convenient inside Walmart.

Kenya is hands down one of, if not the best, individual I've ever worked with! She was thorough, kind and extremely detailed oriented. She walked us through a few solutions for shipping a large item internationally and even advised us to call her on a different day to help save some money. Whomever is the manager for this location, please GIVE HER A RAISE! She is the epitome of excellence and extremely customer focused. Thank you Kenya for all of your assistance!
