I had a worst experience with morning African American girl inside walmart FedEx. She was so stubborn to check if my label allows me with pre pay package option but she wouldn't listen and kept saying i know, you have to pay for box. But my company united States For Global Media told me that they have an #account with FedEx and they can pull out and bill directly to government account and ship my laptop but this girl is stupid 100% would not pull out any information from computer. I was turned away right away by a lady that said she didn’t have a box that would fit my items. I saw the box and pointed it out to her, and she said it wouldn’t fit with all the bubble wrap she’d have to do. She said I’d have to go to Woodbridge to get the item shipped. I drove in rush hour since I had to get this done today. When I arrived the associate packed it in the same size box that the lady said wouldn’t fit (and never attempted to fit).
