Very understaffed, long wait times. Remodel has reduced the waiting area for customers to about the size of a phone booth. Terribly slow service. Hope they fix all this!
Associate was not helpful and did not assist in making copies.
I had a few items to ship and Dusty was great at helping me figure out the best way to ship everything!
It’s been a long time since I’ve been to FedEx, but after the experience I had today I will be a returning customer and this will be my go to store. Randy is the lovely worker that helped me today and I was very impressed. He was so kind, had wonderful multitasking skills, and clearly works well under pressure considering the line of customers he had. The store is in a nice location, parking was easy, and it was a very clean store. Looking forward to coming here from now on!
