They said they would pickup a small box that was delivered to my home by mistake. I called FedEx 3 times and they never stopped by to get the small box to return to sender, so I took it to a FedEx pickup location at a Walgreens and they said they would give it to them. They were NICE on the phone, but no one ever came by for the pickup of a box, again, that was delivered to my home by mistake. Ms. L.
