I'm starting to think this place is not legit. Have been waiting for a rapid test result for 4 days now. Also no word on PCR either. Email, call.... nothing but crickets. Save your time and don't even try this place. Horrible. Test was needed for a flight, good thing I went somewhere else. Wondering if this company is getting state money without performing the tests? ABC7 news Chuck G...Where are you? They need to be investigated.
Very slow. Have been sitting in line for 15 minutes, only moved up by one car. Need to get out of the car to scan the QR code for application, it's small and only at the door. No one knows it's available. Could be why the line moves so slow. Left to go to another place.
Turned me away after an hour of waiting because they are running behind. Didn’t even bother to notify the rest of the line.
My boyfriend came here for a rapid test and never got the results. We tried calling and email and no one responded.
Never received my results.
