Sitting at fazoli's on 46th and vine waiting for bread sticks. While I am waiting I can see employees throwing breadsticks at each other, employees wiping their dirty hands on other employees shirts and hitting each other with tongs. The food is great but disappointed in employee behavior. Been waiting for 20 minutes. Tried to find corporate # but no luck.I don't like posting things like this but I was very put off by behavior
I can't find a FB page for the Fazolis on N. 27th Street but want to complement the young gentleman working the window today (Sept. 5) at about 1:10. He was very kind and spoke well with great manners (Please, thank you, etc.) Great customer service.
I ate at this location today. My meal was delivered minus bread sticks. I asked the server to bring me bread sticks and that didn't happen. Went to the counter to ask on my own. Recently I ate at the north 27th location and the silverware in the dispenser was dirty. Told the staff. But by then I had lost my interest to eat there. Fazoli's had been s long time favorite but I won't return.
Fantastic service from very nice people. I'd eat here again when I'm in town.
Hadn't been in quite awhile. Went tonight and ordered 2 orders of fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Got it home - the chicken is lemon pepper!! Way over seasoned. Called the store three times - rang over 20 times each with no answer. Called again - used option of placing an order - still rang well over 10 times. I was told "oh yeah we changed that awhile back". It's awful! I asked if letting the phones ring was standard practice. Was told "no" but it was one of the TWO managers on staff tonight telling me that so ..... manage... read more
By far the best service I've had there in quite awhile
Best service and Ace was awesome and very attentive, as were other servers love this place
The food was good, not as good as it was many years ago. The trash cans were full and not too appetizing to see them being emptied. There were no bread sticks available for 10 minutes and then we had to ask for them. If I come back, I'll probably use the drive through
