Restaurant was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty, hot & plentiful.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Took 8 minutes for the chick at the order box. Once we pulled up to the window, Female cook was screaming at drive through worker. Waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru to get our food. Out of the pasta for one of our meals, took another 15 minutes once at the window to get our food. Then once he handed us our food, said “uh, do you want your bread? There’s 3 in there but the rest may take a while”. Hell no.

I want to know why every time I come here you guys never have on gloves. Disgusting! You work with food it’s common sense!
Jonathan P (if the name on the ticket was the actual person ringing us up-a cute young guy) was so awesome-personable and very friendly! Thanks for the blocks of cheese and breadsticks Jonathan! We live less than a mile from the 27th St Fazoli's, but we will continue to go to the Vine St location for his great service! I spent 30 years in food service, so I know what fabulous customer service looks like.
Hair in my kids food that clearly wasn’t ours. Didn’t blame the girl for it being hers yet went to ask for extra plates to overhear her talking rude. Careless staff. Girl taking orders was just so unfocused or caring about her job it was embarrassing. The one young kid that took our order, after he saw we’d been waiting for them to fix someone else’s complaint for over five min, was the only helpful employee there (up front). Unfortunately we won’t be back anytime soon. Waste of money for the food and service we received.
