poor presentation of the restaurant. the young man who brought food out to people could have at least bussed tables.bad time of day to go with sun blazing through the west windows when it's over 90 degrees outside.
RecommendedMy Server was Scott. He’s a great manager. He gives me great food and I like to eat great food. It’s true Fazoli’s is a great place to go and eat. Fazoli’s is like Gods gift to mankind.
I was sent an offer on your app for the baked spaghetti. Sent my husband who was on his way home from work at 8:00pm. He went inside the building and was told it was going to take 45 minutes!!! 45 minutes to dump some spaghetti into a bowl and put sauce and cheese on it??!! He then went out to the drive thru and sat there for 10min and he said the line never moved. Looks like to me you shouldn't have closed down the other location if your that busy. Need to train employees on politeness when taking orders in store. one customer in front of me wasn't wearing a facemask and their order was taken. I get up there and was rudely told I need to wear a facemask while ordering. I didn't have mine with me because I forgot it. I said very politely that's considered discrimination taking one customer's order who isn't wearing 1 but trying to tell another customer they have to wear one to place an order isn't good customer service. the only food that is good is the breadsticks which are amazing. in the drive thru I asked about the ingredients of the parmesan shrimp bake nothing was mentioned about the ridiculous amount of crushed red peppers that made the food completely inedible after 1 bite I had to toss it out.

The worst place in Lincoln they hire the dumbest people to work there ordered a double slice and they gave me an empty box! I’ve worked fast food!The job isn’t hard someone orders the food you place it in a box 😂😂😂
