ive been told for 3 months id be getting the 30$ in coupons they owed me. never have i seen ANYTHING in the mail. the manager i just talked to was SO rude. they mess up my order every other time im there and no theyre refusing to compensate. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK unless i get my coupons. it is good food most of the time and ROBBIE is amazing!!!!! but will not be going back when they refuse to fix their mess ups.

They don’t serve salad dressing with a Cesar salad in the drive thru? Guess I’m eating it dry!
Was waiting for my take out order to be ready and watched the server spin the bread stick tongs and drop them on the floor and then continue to use to serve bread sticks with them. After returning to the office with my order, I went to eat a bread stick that was hard and tasted like they were a day old. At this point, I sent feedback on the company website and I'm not one to normally complain. Never offered bread sticks. Even after waiting half an hour. Then I asked if they still did free bread sticks. "Yup, I'll get you some after I wash my hands." I left 20 minutes later with no bread sticks. Out of napkins too. Ultimate Spaghetti was good tho. Whatever happened to customer service.

Even though it's a kind of fast food place, the food is fresh, nice and hot and those breadsticks, OH MAN, I could eat the breadsticks forever and be happy. The young lady(Tiana M), is nice and very personable and so is the rest of the staff. THANK U VERY MUCH from my nephew and I, YOUR LOCATION ROCKS!!!!!!! And MANNY U ARE AWESOMENESS........THANK U AGAIN!!!!!
We enjoy coming here. Pasta is wonderful. Employees are very friendly.
