Fazoli's is one of my favorite restaurants, however, Unexpected - Fazoli's is one of my favorite restaurants, however, in November I had lunch there with two business associates and we all suffered diarrhea shortly after our lunch. I understand the process when cooking and storing pasta, being and amateur chef. Pasta should be cooled slowly prior to refrigeration. If pasta is cooled too rapidly it will cause diarrhea.
