I was in Fawcett hospital for a month i was well taken care of on 2nd floor and had the greatest docter who to me is the best surgeon Dr.Galliano and a great man!!!
Communication and continuity of care is non-existent. With only a few exceptions the nursing staff were poorly informed, unconcerned and notably absent most of the time. And no response from physicians whatsoever. I would not care to rate this facility, and based on this experience would not recommend.
Most unprofessional , ill trained , insensitive staff. Was there for a horrific reason staff turned nightmare into a new level of hell. I can't explain why my child was in this facility with out risking my child's ordeal becoming public knowledge but parents please be wary of bringing your child to this facility, it would be unfortunate to say the least if for similar circumstances you were met with Fawcett staff behaving similarly.
Most disgusting hospital I EVER seen in my life. How can you expect to treat people in that trash hole???
This hospital doesn't care about patient care and what they give and what the care the doctors give the patients. My dad has been in and out of this hospital a few times with multiple problems and no one wants to treat the real problem. The just put a temporary fix on it and send him on his way then he is back less then a monthe later. Now he is back yet again and now he has Mrsa which makes me wonder if he got it from the many times he has been in this hospital and they missed it.
