I have used Fawcett and have been cared for professionally and have no complaints. I don't understand the negative reviews. When I am sick,I go to my doctor and my doctor orders tests and decides my care. If needed he admits me into the hospital I thought the ER was for emergency's. If people went to their doctor and walk in clinics for illness the emergency rooms would not be half as crowded,
I went for back surgery under Dr. Getter. The staff was very attentive, compassionate and patient. They were good at answering the call light in an acceptable time. Being a nurse I found them to be extremely good at their knowledge and care. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Thank you nurses for your good care.
Fawcett Hospital overbilled me by approximately $2,200. Now I am having a very difficult time getting my refund.
The staff was excellent. The only thing I do not like is the doctors nurses do everything in the waiting room. This is supposed to be confidential between you and the doctor. Not have everyone in the waiting room listening to everything. Very poor business for a hospital emergency room.
Everyone in the Pre/Post Op and Endo area were so nice and made sure that I was informed and made as comfortable as possible. Thank You!
