The service was exceptional! Easy to schedule, prompt repair, very courteous service department. They couldn't have been more accomodating. I always hating taking my vehicle to a dealer for repairs but they're changing my mindset.

Service department does a great job scheduling and completing your job. They get the service done quickly and efficiently.
Service is reliable and efficient. Scheduled time is honored. Waiting room has new comfortable furniture. My service manager was polite and friendly. Issue was handled perfectly. I trust Faulkner and find them honest and competent. I could do without the insipid TV shows blasting in the waiting room. No one was watching and it interfered with my reading. If TV is necessary, I recommend silent with captions, since everyone does not care about the opinions offered. At least it's no tuned into FOX.
