RecommendedGreat Experience Courteous and Concise I received my vehicle back sooner than expected.
RecommendedThe service was exceptional! Easy to schedule, prompt repair, very courteous service department. They couldn't have been more accomodating. I always hating taking my vehicle to a dealer for repairs but they're changing my mindset.
RecommendedHoward B. is a knowledgeable and professional Salesperson. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we were given. This was our third purchase from Faulkner and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. George and Sue
RecommendedBest Sales and Service Team ever! Quick, efficient and super nice!
RecommendedService department does a great job scheduling and completing your job. They get the service done quickly and efficiently.
RecommendedService is reliable and efficient. Scheduled time is honored. Waiting room has new comfortable furniture. My service manager was polite and friendly. Issue was handled perfectly. I trust Faulkner and find them honest and competent. I could do without the insipid TV shows blasting in the waiting room. No one was watching and it interfered with my reading. If TV is necessary, I recommend silent with captions, since everyone does not care about the opinions offered. At least it's no tuned into FOX.
RecommendedGreat service!! They treat you with much respect.
