We received the best service at Hyundai shortly after being treated like we were just a number by the sales manager at Kia on the Boulevard. We were greeted by our sales rep Eddy who was very upfront...I repeat, upfront with everything, professional and very patient with my husband and myself. Unfortunate experience with the Service Department...3 different visits with a vehicle under warranty and both Service Writer and Service Manager were unprofessional. Unfortunately their tech’s decided to start replacing parts instead of diagnosing the problem. End result was a 3rd part installation that if the Service Writer could actually explain correctly, I would have paid for them to repair the issue.
