Wonderful experience with my new car purchase and met the Service dept folks. Sales reps, Howard and Fred, nice down to earth men, friendly and professional.
Drove home in my new 2017 Sonata yesterday, turned in a 13 Sonata. My sales rep (again) was Tyler. Tyler is a big friendly guy who is not pushy and listens to your needs. I explained I did a lot of driving and was looking for another new car but did not need a sunroof or leather but wished cars came with navigation without having to purchase a large package. Tyler waved his magic wand and showed me how to connect an Apple Iphone to the usb port in your dash and presto navigation... So I said OK lets make deal. Left the next ... read more
Took my car in for the regular 6 month checkup. Was in by 8 and our by 9. Very pleased with the service and staff.
The staff is very friendly and always a greeting and smile. They take yoyr vehicle right in for service and their techs are highly trained.

Took my 2014 Santa Fe in for routine service/oil change at scheduled appointment time. Pulled my car right into an open bay. The persons at the service desk are friendly and very accommodating. Waiting room is welcoming, warm, comfortable and quiet, providing free WiFi, coffee, tea etc. Wait was about an hour. Because of the knowledgeable service and convenience, I will continue to schedule all maintenance/service with Faulkner Hyundai .
Took me a couple visits to finally decide what I wanted to do. I'm the type guy that can look at a pizza menu for 45 and only get a plain pie. My salesman was John Concha, he was more than patient with me in the days that it took me to decide on what I wanted. He kept in contact with me throughout and kept me posted on what he was able to do on the particular cars I was interested in buying. Nothing but Professionalism from John and the dealerships staff.
