I have dealt with the service team at Faulkner Hyundai over a number of years, first with my mother's Sonata and later with our Equus. They are consistently, efficient, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
Ordered part, when part came in, had appointment scheduled. Arrived at appointment, pulled into bay was told job would take about an hour. We walked over to Chickey and Pete's for lunch. When we got back care was ready and the door arm was fixed.
Just took my car in to Faulkner Hyundai for a recall issue and they were very accommodating with the times available. Once there, they called to tell me that my one tire had a tear and should be replaced. I wound up buying two new tires, had my oil changed, and fluids replaced and the price was under $400.00. Their service department personnel have always been very pleasant, respectful and easy to work with. This is my first Hyundai (2014) and I can definitely say that I will stick with Hyundai's - thanks to Faulkner.
I had a transmission replaced by another Hyundai dealership and they screwed it up. Faulkner fixed the issue and my car is running smoothly. Thanks guys?!

Not really a big fan of going to buy a new car . We went to Faulkner Hyundai , and A salesman greeted us , listened to what we were interested in, told him about the listing we saw on their website and he took us right to that vehicle . Fred Falcon was his name and he was warm and friendly . We had a nice conversation and the only hitch that we had was we were trading in our daughters car , not ours . He made arrangements for her to bring the car in , we settled on a trade in value and we're proud owners of a 2017 Santa Fe .... read more
They lie and say they are going to soft pull your credit and that's not the truth they will keep running your credit with as many banks as they need they got me on 5 hard inquiries when it was supposed to be 1 soft inquiry!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FAULKNER HYUNDAI ON ROOSEVELT BLVD!!!!!
