About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. My husband and I come here often because of good food and good service. On Mother’s Day my son and daughter in California set up reservations with Haley the manager for us to have dinner. As soon as we were seated she brought over a beautiful arrangement of flowers. Thank you Fat Olives for helping my family to make my Mother’s Day a special occasion.
The food was very good, the service was very good, the parking was not very good, worth the price.

Service was excellent- quick to take our order, kept our glasses full, and promptly removed empty plates. Food was amazing. Highly recommend.

We were in Flagstaff area for 3 Days and ate at Fat Olives twice! The salads and margarita pizza are to die for! Happy hour is a great deal too!!! Wish they were in New Port Richey. I would be there twice a week�
