About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. Best pizza we’ve ever eaten!
Can’t leave Flagstaff without a visit to Fat Olives!
Amazing spot! Hosted a baby shower this weekend in their room in the back. It was perfect! The food was amazing; the service was top of the line (Hunter was great!); and the atmosphere was delightful! We had the family style appetizers and salads...DELICIOUS! We stopped by after a long day at the Grand Canyon. The kids loved their pepperoni pizza, and the hubs and I thought the parma & arugula pizza was fabulous! Service was super quick from the time we were seated to when we received our order. We would be regulars here, if we didn’t live out of state. Totally recommend!
Food was excellent, service was slow, but that was expected on a busy Friday night.
Great little restaurant. Pasta is fantastic Pizza’s are great. If you’re in Flagstaff this is a must try.

Food was great. We had a little bit of everything pizza, pasta and salad. All of it was delicious .
This place is fantastic!!! Went during the Happy Hour special and just ate off the small plates menus that was half off, plenty of food for the four of us and everything was delicious. The kids loved their pepperoni pizza and the grilled olives were amazing. I would definitely recommend eating here if you are in Flagstaff even just for a night.
