About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. Great pizza!
I had the pesto spaghetti with a side caesar salad. Salad was crisp, chilled properly, pasta was cooked magnificently al dente, and the pesto was aromatically fragrant and pleasingly seasoned to the pallet. I will go here again the next time in Flagstaff.
Food was awesome! We had the humus, ceasar salad, margherita pizza, tomato basil bisque, rigatoni and meatballs! We were rolling out of there, stuffed! Hughly reccomend! 😊

Amazing food, excellent staff, and wonderful drinks. What more could you ask for. Seen an episode of Triple D and had to see for our selves what the fuss was all about! Definitely did not disappoint!
We didn’t know where to eat this afternoon and we hit the lottery with this place! The absolute best pizza on the planet - we ordered three different ones to share and all were delicious. (My fav was the Belgio dolce). The service was friendly and helpful too!
Best Pizza I’ve had in 2+ years. If you ever visit Flagstaff and are a true lover of real authentic Italian pizza don’t miss eating here, you will be totally satisfied. This place n food here is over the top.
