About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. Best food and ambiance ever!!!! Loved taking my daughter & her roommate on NAU family weekend to dinner with my Mom & Dad- We all felt right at home! My favorite pizza place in Flag by far!!!! Great Stone-fired pizza. A true authentic Italian Pizza place from the ingredients all from Italy to the oven built to exact measurements as those in Italy. Their Pizza Vera Pizza Napoletana (VPN) is a traditional style of pizza found in Naples, Italy. Great place with attentive staff and great Italian dishes in addition to Pizza.

Great foodie place! Didn’t think we can find something like Fat Olives in Arizona!
Recommended to us and we return the favor! Some great Happy Hour specials and regular menu is very good. We had chicken Alfredo and rigatoni. First fork into rigatoni retrieved a nice slice of Italian sausage. My wife raved over the Alfredo, too. Good portion sizes, pizzas looked wonderful. We plan to return. Molto bene!
It was very cozy and the people there work there were very nice and friendly.
