About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. The atmosphere is amazing and their food speaks for itself. Everything we ate was amazing, from the roasted cauliflower, to the Parma & arugla and sausage, mushroom, pepper pizzas, and topped off with the salted caramel gelato. I struggled with what to get so the owner made me a baby Belgio pizza ON THE HOUSE as well. I mean who does that? If you've never been, I suggest sitting at the pizza bar. Freezing cold last night. Crowded but worth the wait. Warm, inviting, with the most amazing smells. Everyone friendly. Cute couple going to their first Winter Ball. HaPpy toddlers, grandparents, young people. Noisy with excited chatter. Drinks flowing... sangrias with beautiful berries. Gourmet food at it's finest. Staff & service excellent. Wish Fat Olives was in my town ! �����
Fat Olives is our favorite place in town. The food, service, and atmosphere are all amazing!! You can’t ask for a better restaurant. We even talked about of all of our favorite restaurants if we could only eat at one for the rest of our lives which would it be..... Fat Olives won hands down.
