Had the most awful experience here yesterday. 4 of us stopped in for lunch yesterday while we were in the area. Our waitress (I didn’t catch her name but she was petite, brown curly hair and glasses) was very short. We all ordered cokes and when she brought them back and we tried them they were very clearly uncarbonated and tasted like pure syrup. We came here late at night wanting a quick bite to eat and let me just say… did not disappoint. The wings were so amazing, and huge for the price. Definitely worth it. The fries were pretty good too, you get a ton of food for a good price in my opinion!
One of the best spots in Indianapolis, bar-none. Such a cool and cozy environment when you walk in. On a nice day, they will roll up the garage doors and the breeze feels amazing. Lots of beer choices, and THE FOOD IS SECOND TO NONE. Huge portions, and everything is delicious. My wife had to give up gluten due to an insensitivity, and her only regret what not having eaten Fat Dan's more often. A staple of Indianapolis and SoBro!
A great no-frills restaurant experience. The fool comes out on paper instead of a tray. If you get frieds, they are piled on the paper for all to share. But they really aren't needed, because their burgers are huge.
