Have always loved it until today. Took my sick 5 yr old and they wouldn't see her. She has been seen plenty of times before BUT the doctor on duty doesn't see kids! What!?!?! Thanks for letting this Gresham down!
The BILLING department is awful! They can't seem to code anything right.
Not phoebe! That alone makes it great. Don't have Phoebes' trademark smirking you don't like it feel free to drive 100 miles and go someplace we don't own attitude. Watch their billing though, tried to overcharge my copay on my lcss insurance.
My husband waited 1.5 hours for less than 6 minutes of face to face contact with a care provider, and there were only 4 patients in the office other than him. Staff seemed to want to be anywhere but at work based on attitude and general enthusiasm. We will not be visiting this office again.
Very thorough quality care and fast!!! Don't have to wait ft forever.
Went in this morning w pink eye and sinus infection. In & out in 65 minutes. But what was even more awesome was the professional, friendly, efficient staff. Even more than that Dr Robert Granville. He sat down in the chair and asked me questions and then examined me then discussed my options. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
